Healthcare delivery science & healthcare outcomes research consultation for evidence-based, patient-centered & methodologically rigorous care delivery and health outcomes research
About
Evidentia-Science provides senior-level healthcare delivery & outcomes research consultation for engagement science, measurement science, quantitative methodology, and patient-centered outcomes research. I work with teams that have strong ideas and important clinical or community questions, but need experienced methodological guidance to shape those ideas into clear, credible, and fundable research plans. Healthcare operations & delivery consultation is available for providers delivering - or considering delivering - post‑menopause hormone replacement care. These services are comprehensive and full-spectrum and packages include assessment materials, in-person and virtual patient education & counseling, treatment planning & treatment protocols, consent forms, & symptom assessment & tracking tools.
Senior-Level Expertise
Evidentia-Science is led by Marianna “Marnie” LaNoue, PhD, MS, a health outcomes research scientist & methodologist with more than two decades’ training, experience, expertise and leadership in quantitative research methods, psychometrics, health research, and interdisciplinary collaboration. She has held senior faculty appointments at Vanderbilt University and Thomas Jefferson University, and leadership roles in doctoral & fellowship research training, research fellowships, and applied health outcomes research programs. Dr. LaNoue currently serves as Principal of Evidentia-Science and previously was Research Professor of Statistics & Measurement at Vanderbilt University and Associate Professor at Thomas Jefferson University, where she also held leadership roles including Program Director for the PhD in Population Health Sciences and Director of Research.
Her current senior-level expertise is reflected in service as Chair of two federal funding review panels, and appointment as an editorial board member at PLOS One. She also served on the Vanderbilt University Medical Center Institutional Review Board Human (IRB).
Her scholarly record is an extensive peer-reviewed publication history across patient-centered outcomes research, psychometrics, engagement methods, health services research, implementation, and applied quantitative methods, with recent work appearing in journals including Social Science & Medicine, JAMA Network Open, NEJM AI, BMC Health Services Research, and PLOS One.
About Me:
Marianna (Marnie) LaNoue, PhD, MS,
Rather than specializing in one condition, population, or intervention domain, I specialize in the methodological architecture of high-quality research. That allows me to work across content fields, helping teams strengthen the design, measurement, engagement strategy, analytic logic, and overall credibility of complex studies.
